Exclusive rust protection treatment:  the best in Sweden, bar none!  The car is treated with protectant in the brown areas. Penetrating (thin) protectant is used inside the frame and doors. After the first layer of penetrating protectant, three more layers of heavy (thick) protectant are applied from 3 different directions... this eliminates the areas missed by spray "shadows" which often plague other companies.  Our 4 layer method is one reason we can offer the best warranty!!!  Many customers report a noticeable reduction in road noise, too.

1. Rust Protection Treatment:

2. Full underbody sandblasting:

Underbody sandblasting. This removes dirt, grease, tar, rust & corrosion in preparation for priming, painting, and/or protectant application. 
Note: Sandblasting may not be necessary on new cars/trucks that are rust-free.
Note: Vehicles with chassi on frame construction (e.g., Kia) add 2000.

3 component epoxy primer; this assumes the surface is ready for priming (e.g., the car underbody is fully cleaned & free of rust).

10. Rust protection test:

Examine, assess, and make recommendation of quality & current state of your existing rust protection, including protectant application, rusting areas, rust holes, etc. (see In the News, News 1).
Note: Value 450 kronor.

11. Pre-Purchase Rust Inspection:

This is a formal inspection, designed for people who are considering the purchase of a car. It enables the customer to know the exact condition, and is very powerful in negotiating a fair price. It can be done together with customer under the car, if desired. It includes panel removals, digital documentation, and is complete with inspection photos on CD-ROM.

12. Repair a bad rust protection job:

We know some work by other companies is performed very badly, and so we have a special service to help protect your car properly:  If another rust protection company has performed a defective or inadequate job on your car, we will repair it for you at half the normal price.  Yes, you read right.  And yes, we do take a hit on this deal... but we decided to extend this service as a courtesy to those who have been bilked by companies with low standards.  Why do we make this extraordinary offer? Well frankly, because you have already spent good money to protect your car, and we gain satisfaction by setting things like this right!
Note 1: You need to present your complete, original rustproofing paperwork to qualify for this discount.
Note 2: Exact cost depends on extent of the repairs.

13. Steam removal of old rust protectant:

High-pressure steam (at 120 C) is used to strip away old rust protectant. This laborious procedure is often necessary in some cases of bad rust protectant applications by other companies.
Note: Old rust treatments must be removed before the underbody & frame can be aqua-sandblasted to bare metal.

14. Gas Tank:

Inspection: Partially disassemble gas tank & lower the tank about 15 cm for inspection of upper components & inspection of the underbody hidden by the gas tank, including digital photo (the danger , the cure).  
Note: This inspection cost will be applied to any further gas tank related work done during rust treatment.

Treatment: Remove & fully treat exterior of existing (original) gas tank, treat car underbody above the removed gas tank, including free digital photos before and after treatment.
Note: If the Gas Tank Inspection was chosen, it will be deducted from this cost!

Replacement: Remove old gas tank, replace with brand new fully treated gas tank, treat frame and underbody above the removed gas tank, including free digital photos before and after treatment. 
Note 1: If the Gas Tank Inspection was chosen, it will be deducted from this cost!
Note 2: Exact cost depends on price of replacement gas tank.

15. Rust hole repair:

Repair a rust hole (each).
Note: Rust hole repairs are in addition to the rust protection services.

16. Repair metal damage:

Buckles, dents, welding, rust repairs.
